PRESENTATION DESCRIPTION:

Trusts are an important tool to ensure families properly manage and protect assets for loved ones. In this seminar, Rachel Shamalov, Esq., founder of Shamalov Law, PLLC, will go over essential estate planning documents, including using trusts as a strategy to avoid the cost of probate and to preserve assets. Ms. Shamalov will discuss issues relating to our aging clients and taking the proactive approach in preserving our client’s nest-egg and dignity.

Ms. Shamalov is the founder and principal attorney of Shamalov Law, PLLC and practices in the areas of estate planning, medicaid planning, guardianship, special needs planning and probate/trust administration throughout New York Metropolitan Region.


Continuing Education Credits:
1.5 CFP® CE credits pending with CFP Board.  Eligible for CPE credit for NY licensed CPAs. CTFA credits are self-reported.
