Why is mediation especially recommended for couples seeking pre-nups and post-nups?
Various forms, degrees and processes of disclosure in pre-nups, post-nups and divorces.
What do mediating individuals and couples need from CFP®s?
What are the different roles that a CFP® can play in a mediated pre-nup or divorce, and how do the roles differ?
How working effectively with mediating couples can enhance your relationship with clients.
